Nay Nay's Cookies is frequently at night markets, and every first Friday of the month you can find me at First Friday.
Because I am always a vendor at different places during the month, I am not able to maintain online ordering through this website. I will be posting here on this website every event you can find me during the month, so check back often.
If you missed me at a event and want to order some cookies, just send me a message on Instagram or Facebook. **See info on larger orders.**
All large orders should be placed 1 weeks in advance.
The reason is that Nay Nay's Cookies is frequently a vendor at several night markets & events throughout the month, I will need time to ensure I can fill your larger cookie order in time for your event.
**Regular cookie orders can be placed by sending me a message via Instagram or Facebook. We can discuss availability for all cookie orders. I will reply to all messages within 24 hours. During the weekends I will reply within 48 hours, sometimes sooner. It just depends on if I'm working at a event/nightmarket.
Orders require full immediate payment via invoice before your order & date is confirmed. You will receive your invoice for full payment and it must be paid in 24 hours before your order can be booked.
Once your order is booked, if there are any changes to quantity, delivery, or pickup date, please notify me ASAP and we can discuss any changes/charges. Any additional charges must be paid upfront as soon as changes are approved and a revised invoice will be sent.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me in 24 hours to cancel to get a full refund.
There are delivery and pickup options available.
There is a delivery charge of $10. (Your invoice will have your $10 delivery charge added) You will be notified when your order is en route.
When you schedule your cookie pickup time please arrive on time (Again life happens) So I offer an 30 minute grace period to accommodate you. As long as the lines of communication are open, everything should go smoothly.

Orders over $100 require 50% non-refundable deposit and must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice before your order is booked. Orders under $100 require full payment upfront before your order is confirmed.

I want your experience with Nay Nay's Cookies to be a good one, so please be sure to notify me in the time posted if there are any issues. Life happens and I get it, but please let me know of any issues or changes ASAP.
